Chief Technology Officer
Ross Goldstein is Chief Technology Officer of Techcare, formerly Graphtech Systems, a full-service IT consulting firm specializing in providing outsourced technology support and effective technology solutions for small and midsize businesses, non-profit organizations and schools in the Chicago area. In this role, Goldstein is responsible for the firm’s implementation processes that provide a foundation to deliver and support each clients' specific technology infrastructure needs.
Ross is responsible for the Techcare implementation processes enabling Techcare to deliver and support our clients' specific infrastructure needs. These processes also provide a foundation for specialized Techcare solutions and overall technical direction of the company.Ross' is highly technical, bringing best practices and state-of-the-art-techniques in delivering services and solutions. These best practices have been a key contributor in maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Ross’s received his formal technical training at Georgia Tech University and returned home to Chicago to attend The University of Illinois-Chicago where he received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
Ross’s over 22 years in IT includes working at a fortune 500 company in the mid 80’s on routers and switches. Ross joined the Techcare family in May 1988 and with his hard work and dedication has attained networking strategy certifications including those by Cisco, Novell and Microsoft, as well as various technical specialties including Virtualization, VPN, and Backup Design and Procedures. Ross enjoys listening to classical music with his wife and daughter in addition to working on classic cars like his 1984 corvette.
