Tina Veliotis
Response Center Team Lead
Tina is responsible for assisting clients with technical issues remotely via the telephone. She also acts as a liason to elevate client problems to internal Techcare technical staff as well as with manufacturers in order to resolve technical problems. As team lead Tina monitors the Techcare service boards to make sure client requests are handled in a timely manner. She also supervises the other members of the Response Center Team, training them in Techcare processes and procedures so keep on task with the client issues. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Tina has strong experience with Servers and Desktops on both the MS Windows and Mac platforms as well as a variety of other vertical market applications. Tina was born in Greece but grew up in New York and now calls Chicago her home. She loves arts and crafts including working on stained glass, sketching, creating jewelry and playing the digital piano.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience with Windows O/S from workstation to servers, Mac OS 8.5 to 10.5, Microsoft Office applications, Wordperfect Office Suite, Photoshop, Quark, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, and a variety of other vertical market applications.
