John has been a member of the Techcare support team for over 16 years.  The responsibilities of Solutions & Standards Analyst role include developing advanced tools to be implemented on the workstations and servers that Techcare manages.  These tools will provide Techcare’s clients with a higher level of support, including additional automated maintenance and software updates.  John was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by Kaseya, a global IT provider, to thank him for his “excellent problem reporting and follow through”, which was noted as being “key to improving the overall reliability and stability” of their Mac agent.
