As VCIO, Steve is responsible for helping Techcare clients with planning, strategy and IT leadership.  Steve has knowledge of workflow management and infrastructure enhancements which include both short and long-term IT planning and implementation. As an Information Technology expert for more than 20 years, Steve joined Techcare with extensive ad agency and business experience in planning, implementing and managing IT strategies in cross-platform environments. As a Detroit native, he enjoys the Detroit Redwings and Pistons and Lions.  In his leisure time, Steve enjoys spending time traveling with his family and is an avid runner.

Technical Expertise:

• 20 plus years experience with technology and workflow on both Mac and Windows platforms
• Workflow system development, storage and backup architecture development. In-depth knowledge of handheld/netbook technologies
• Twenty (20) years experience in IT
• Skilled Macintosh workstation/server troubleshooter, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft server environment including Exchange and domain structure.
