As Master Administrator, John ‘s role is to manage the backend Techcare documentation and processes of the Techcare support team.  After graduating from Notre Dame, John spent 10 years working as a Teacher and Sporting Goods Store Manager. He started working in the IT industry in 2000 after moving from Portland, Oregon to Chicago. He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, focusing on technical support.  John’s 10 year technical expertise includes Windows PC and Server experience including software tools to manage client care.  John enjoys spending his leisure time skiing, running, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife and three children.
