Michele Rapnikas

Director of Professional Services

Michele directs our team of delivery and support engineers who perform a variety of services including consulting, project management, installation, maintenance and repair. Additionally, Michele is responsible for the management of our Response Center operation, which remotely troubleshoots and resolves client IT issues.  Michele has over 25 years of management experience. She came to Techcare from IKON Office Solutions, where during her tenure, Michele held the positions of Six Sigma Black Belt, Systems Analyst Manager, and Technical Project Manager. Michele enjoys attending concerts, bike riding with her daughter and looks forward to her annual summer vacation at the beach in South Carolina.
