Thomas is responsible for working on client technology issues with a strong expertise in Windows PC workstation and server. Thomas’s over 18 years of professional customer service experience allows him to give fanatical client care to Techcare clients. His knowledge includes emerging skills in network and backup design and implementation where he has attained many Microsoft server certifications. A Chicago native, Thomas enjoys leisure time with his wife and two “bundles of joy” as well as listening to Rock and Blues music.
