Neil specializes in Mac support for the Creative field. He is Apple Certified, holding the ACTC certification, which encompasses desktop and server. However, Apple certifications are only part of it. Having them is nice, but they don’t really help you when Entourage won’t talk to Exchange, or when you have a problem printing from Quark 7 to a Phaser 7750. Practical hands-on experience is the key, and Neil has it, from 20 years in the trenches. On the weekends you can catch Neil skateboarding at the concrete parks in Deerfield and Northbrook.
