Customer Care Manager

Bill acts as a contact point and liason between clients and Techcare technical staff as well as performs strategic planning. He facilitates client technology goals and works with our team to ensure that these goals are met. Prior to joining Techcare Bill worked in project management as a field service manager to coordinate strategy between clients and staff. Bill has attained various certifications including both Microsoft and Apple. Bill is a musician enjoying playing both jazz and classical music on his guitar. In addition, Bill spends his leisure time traveling and exploring new sites with his wife.

  • CompTIA A+ and Net+, Microsoft MCP, Apple ACMT
  • Over nine (9) years experience in technology support, field services and project management
