I just want you to know what a great HelpDesk team you have.  As the most computer-challenged client that Techcare has, no one can possibly appreciate them more than I do!  Bert, Vince, Sylvester, and Tina are all terrific!  Despite the fact that they all probably draw straws to see who who the "short straw person" is that has to take the call, when "Mary Jo" pops up on the caller-ID, they all cheerfully volunteer to help as if it is the highlight of their day!

Both Techcare and Lockerz are blessed to have such a bright and wonderful team!  Thank you for everything!!
