Techcare recently recognized several employees for their outstanding performance during 2010

Employee of the Year 2010: John Haley
John's role at Techcare spans across many areas. Techcare relies on him for presales, on boarding, filling in as a VSA, covering the helpdesk, being in the field and ensuring our back end tools are up and running. While he wears many hats within the Techcare organization, he is always there without a complaint.  

Impact Employee 2010: Sasha Gozman
Sasha was key to helping Techcare forge a relationship with a new business partner. Thanks to his hard work, we were able to take part in successful voice implementations at Mt. Prospect, Schiller Park, Mundelein and Des Plaines School Districts.

Impact Employee 2010: David Hoshko
This year, Techcare we saw our first HaaS and SaaS client. This new start up company brought many challenges..least of which was getting them up and running in a period of two weeks. While the entire Techcare team contributed to bringing this client on board, David was instrumental in ensuring the successful start up of this new business. From Notes implementation to data conversions to managing this new companies rapid growth, David's hard work have been key to the suceess of this client.

Impact Employee 2010: Neil McDougall
This past year has really highlighted Neil's positive impact on the Techcare organization. His manager has come to rely on him for feedback and input. It seems that not a week goes by that we don't receive client accolades on Neil's behalf. Neil makes it possible to provide the level support our Mac/Creative customers have come to expect.

Rookie of the Year: Ayo Joel-Taiwo
Ayo did a great job of learning the educations market and responding to the needs and demands of those clients. In addition to becoming acquainted with all the education accounts, he has offered significant contributions to allow us to onboard several new challenging clients.

Top Salesperson 2010: Al Lainio
Al set the bar high this year and reached it with great success. His recognition of his clients needs has helped to set him apart from the rest.
